FAQ
Questions buyers ask us
01Can I order now?
Not yet. We are preparing our first production from the 2027 mango season. You can request a quotation or register for samples now, and we will reply with timing and our current documents.
02What is the minimum order?
Our minimum commercial order is 25 kg, which is one carton.
03Are the prices on the pricing page final?
No. They are indicative list prices to help you plan. A written quotation confirms the price, quantity, packing, documents and lead time for your order.
04What do the prices include?
Prices are per kilogram in US dollars, FCA at the port of export in Pakistan (named on each quotation), in standard 25 kg export cartons with a heat-sealed food-grade liner, with standard export documents. They do not include international freight, insurance, import duties or taxes in your country.
05Which documents can you provide?
Our documentation library shows the status of each document. Some are still being prepared.
06Can you supply outside the mango season?
Yes. We collect and dry kernels in the summer season, then keep the kernels and the finished butter in cool, dry, dark storage. The butter is packed in heat-sealed, airtight liners, so it stays fresh before and after the season and we can supply all year.
07Do you offer samples?
Samples will be available after our first lot has been tested. If you register now, we will contact you when they are ready. Sample terms (size, cost and courier) will be confirmed then.
08How long is the lead time?
Not yet confirmed. Kernels are collected once a year, during the mango season, and processing continues through the year. Each quotation will state the lead time.
09What are the payment terms?
Terms are agreed per order. For new customers we expect part payment in advance and the balance against shipping documents. Letters of credit can be discussed for larger orders.
10Do you ship internationally?
Yes, that is the plan. Our standard basis is FCA at the port of export in Pakistan, named on each quotation. We can help arrange sea or air freight on request and quote it separately.
11Is the product organic or certified?
No certification is in place today. We will list any certification only after it has been issued and checked.
12Is there an import duty advantage for EU buyers?
Pakistan currently benefits from the EU GSP+ scheme, which may reduce duty for eligible goods with valid origin documents. Please confirm the duty for your shipment with your customs broker.
13Where do your kernels come from?
We are developing supply from mango pulping operations in Pakistan. Pulping separates the stones from the fruit, and the kernel inside the stone is the raw material for mango butter.
