Quality and documentation

Documentation library

Your quality team needs documents before it can approve a new supplier. This page shows the honest status of each one. We add files here only after they are final and checked.

Our quality approach

What we plan to control, from kernel to carton

  1. Kernel sorting

Remove rotten, mouldy or damaged stones before drying.

  2. Drying control

Dry kernels to a target moisture so they store without spoiling. Moisture checked on each batch.

  3. Lot testing

A third-party lab tests each finished lot. Results go on the certificate of analysis.

  4. Retained samples

We keep a sample of every lot so any question can be checked later.

These controls are planned. We will describe them as in place once the pilot proves them.
